Restricted Theme - For more infomation see James Fonsville, Dianne Heggie

The annual restricted competition is normally held near the end of the season. The theme is determined by the Board and announced to the membership early in the season.

If an image does not meet the Restricted Theme qualifications the judges will not comment other than to say it does not meet the qualifications and the image will automatically receive a score of 6.

There are always two people in every picture: the photographer and the viewer.
